My name is Autumn Worten.
Autumn Worten is a Tulsa-based strategist with extensive experience leading high-impact projects at the intersection of business, philanthropy, education, and community development. She has managed a $1M philanthropic portfolio, optimized a $3M grantmaking process, launched statewide and local initiatives, and directed major cultural events.
Her work has supported business leaders, foundations, civic leaders, and nonprofits in building systems, forming partnerships, and grounding their decisions in data and community voice.

Autumn holds an MBA and has a long history of board service and community leadership, giving her a uniquely comprehensive view of how organizations—and communities—move from idea to implementation.
